Welcoming our new Senior Associate

We are pleased to announce that Josefine Eggum is joining The Governance Group as Senior Associate. Josefine joins us from the Sahara Forest Project where she worked with the production of sustainable food, water and energy in dry and desert areas. She previously worked at SEB Merchant Banking within corporate risk and capital structure analysis and advisory. At SEB, Josefine was also involved with work on Green Bonds. She holds an MSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

The Governance Group and Burson Cohn & Wolfe have analysed the quality of sustainability reporting for the 100 largest companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The analysis is based on the 2017 annual and sustainability reports.

Media Diploma Course

22-26 October 2018


The Governance Group and the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights hosted journalists and media representatives from Angola for a course on media, freedom of expression and human rights. The participants spent the week learning about human rights and freedom of expression relevant to their work and met with different Norwegian institutions, including Fritt Ord, the Norwegian Union of Journalists, and NRK.

The Governance Group signs an MoU with GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark). "The partnership with GRESB will help strengthen our work on applying sustainability standards for the global infrastructure and real estate sectors" says Partner Kristian R Andersen. The Governance Group has also become an industry supporter of GRESB.
